Privacy Policy
Effective August 26, 2026
This policy explains how FrameAhead handles information when photographers manage a site and booking workflow and when prospective clients inquire about a session.
Who operates FrameAhead
FrameAhead is operated by Long Play Works, Inc. In this policy, “FrameAhead,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the FrameAhead service. This policy applies to getframeahead.com, FrameAhead-hosted photographer pages, authenticated dashboards, and the related inquiry, proposal, booking, and payment features. Use the contact form to reach us.
Information we collect
We collect information in the following categories:
- Account information, including a photographer’s name and email address, one-time-code challenge and browser-bound session records, and limited security signals used to prevent abuse.
- Business and public-site information, including studio name, service, location, pricing guidance, site settings, and publication-rights attestations a photographer provides.
- Inquiry information, including the prospective client’s name, email, optional phone number, requested service, preferred timing, optional participant count, session request message, and versioned contact acknowledgement.
- Proposal and booking information, including offered times, locations, expiration and hold state, selected option, amount, currency, fee snapshot, and booking status.
- Payment and subscription information, including payment-account, checkout, subscription, and payment identifiers and status. Hosted payment surfaces handle payment-card details; FrameAhead does not receive full card numbers.
- Managed advertising approval and consent records when a photographer uses that service.
- Communications, support information, operational audit records, and technical or delivery events needed to operate and secure the service.
- Guide conversations, reviewed Help references, proposed website profile changes, confirmation records, and bounded change evidence. Do not include private client details, credentials, sign-in codes, or payment information in Guide.
- Bounded first-touch attribution, including a coarse channel, landing path, referrer origin, campaign fields, and reviewed click identifiers when supplied. FrameAhead does not use this record as a complete session history.
We do not need private client galleries, RAW files, complete calendar contents, or full payment card numbers. Photographers and prospective clients should provide only the information needed to assess and book a service.
How we use information
- Provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve FrameAhead.
- Authenticate photographers and operate their public sites and private dashboards.
- Save an inquiry, deliver it to the selected photographer, and support follow-up.
- Create secure proposals, holds, bookings, connected payments, and subscription records.
- Answer Guide questions from reviewed Help and, after explicit review and confirmation, apply a supported website profile change.
- Support authorized managed advertising services and record the photographer's approvals.
- Comply with law, enforce our terms, and prevent abuse.
When information is disclosed
Inquiry and related booking information is available to the selected photographer. Photographers are independent businesses responsible for their own use of that information and for the photography relationship.
We use service providers needed to operate the product, including providers for connected client payments and separate FrameAhead subscription billing. When configured, a model service processes a bounded, redacted Guide request, limited public website fields, recent Guide turns, and reviewed Help excerpts with provider storage disabled. These providers process information under their own terms and policies.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect people or the service, investigate abuse, or complete a corporate transaction. FrameAhead does not sell inquiry information or operate a data brokerage or shared-lead marketplace.
Cookies and abuse prevention
FrameAhead uses essential cookies to bind a one-time-code request to the requesting browser and maintain a signed-in photographer session. A signed-in session cookie lasts for up to 30 days unless revoked sooner. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in from working. Signed first-touch cookies also last for up to 30 days so a provider signup or client inquiry can retain the first known acquisition source.
Form protection
Public forms use an abuse-prevention service that may process limited network, device, browser, interaction, and IP-address information to distinguish ordinary submissions from automated traffic.
Photography, minors, and sensitive requests
Photographers must have permission to publish portfolio media, testimonials, and related claims, including any model, guardian, property, venue, and commercial permissions required for the use. Requests involving minors, schools, private homes, animals, health or accessibility details, or sensitive events should include only information needed to assess the service and are not used to build advertising audiences.
FrameAhead is not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian should submit any request involving a child and provide the adult’s contact information. Contact us if you believe a child submitted personal information directly so we can review it.
Retention and choices
Inquiry contact and request details are retained for up to 24 months by default, then removed or de-identified unless an active booking, dispute, legal hold, or other legal obligation requires longer retention. One-time-code challenges and proposal links are time-limited. Account, transaction, consent, and audit records may remain after an account closes when reasonably needed for security, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Detailed attribution fields are removed after 90 days; coarse channel, safe landing path, and inquiry or account relationships may remain for aggregate outcome reporting. Inactive Guide conversations are removed after 180 days. Bounded change evidence may remain after the related conversation is removed and is de-identified if its user or studio is deleted.
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information. Submit those requests through the contact form. We may verify your identity before completing a request.
A signed-in user may delete an eligible FrameAhead account from Your account. Deletion is immediate: FrameAhead revokes every session and sign-in challenge, removes the name and email profile, Support and Guide conversations, and manager access. Site owners must first use Support for a reviewed ownership transfer or site closure because site billing, connected client payments, domains, booking payments, media, and durable work cannot be abandoned.
Site, inquiry, proposal, booking, transaction, consent, aggregate attribution, and audit facts may remain with the site owner or when reasonably needed for accounting, disputes, security, or legal obligations. Content-free deletion evidence and de-identified audit records may remain; they do not retain the deleted name or email.
Security, changes, and contact
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted transport, restricted credentials, and tenant-scoped records. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy as FrameAhead changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when a material change requires it. Questions can be sent through the contact form.
