Terms of service
Terms of Service
Effective August 26, 2026
These terms set the ground rules for FrameAhead and keep photographer ownership, client trust, payment responsibilities, and operator-assisted services clear.
Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your access to and use of FrameAhead. “FrameAhead,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Long Play Works, Inc. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 or the age of legal majority where you live and have authority to act for any business you enroll. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts and access
You must provide an email address you control and keep your account information accurate. FrameAhead uses one-time codes and browser-bound sessions instead of passwords. You are responsible for securing your email account and devices and for activity performed through your FrameAhead session. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
About the service
FrameAhead provides tools for one-service photographer pages, inquiries, photographer-approved session proposals, optional client payments, and FrameAhead billing. A clearly identified preview or test environment uses test checkout and does not move real money. Some workflows involve manual help from our team. Do not rely on FrameAhead as the only copy of critical business, calendar, financial, or client records.
An inquiry is not a booking. A requested or selected time and a started checkout do not confirm a photography session. FrameAhead records a booking as confirmed only after the required payment is confirmed. The photographer and client remain responsible for agreeing on the photography service and any amount handled outside FrameAhead.
FrameAhead is not a party to the photography agreement between a photographer and client. Photographers decide whom to work with, which options to offer, when a booking is confirmed, and how to fulfill, cancel, refund, and deliver the service. We do not guarantee inquiries, bookings, advertising performance, or business results.
Your content and business responsibilities
You retain ownership of your domain, content, media, calendar, advertising accounts, connected payment account, client relationships, and business data. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display that material as needed to provide, secure, support, and maintain the service and carry out your instructions.
You are responsible for accurate public statements and for all rights and permissions needed for portfolio media, testimonials, subjects, guardians, properties, venues, music, and other material. You must handle inquiry and client information lawfully, use it for the relevant photography relationship, and apply appropriate care to information involving minors or private locations.
Payments, subscriptions, and taxes
Production client-payment and FrameAhead-billing checkout can move real money. A clearly identified preview or test environment uses test checkout and does not move real money or satisfy a client's payment obligation.
FrameAhead prices and fees may change. Current prices, billing periods, included features, and applicable fees are available on the pricing page and shown before purchase or payment.
The photographer is responsible for deposits, balances, fulfillment, cancellations, refunds, disputes, taxes, and legal obligations arising from the photography service. Payment-service terms and processing fees also apply. FrameAhead billing refund terms are shown before purchase. Photographers remain responsible for applicable taxes and charges they authorize.
Additional and third-party services
Optional managed advertising services require separate written approval and may have additional terms and fees.
You retain ownership of your advertising account, approve material decisions, choose the budget, and remain responsible for advertising spend, claims, media rights, and the advertising service's policies. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms, billing, and review decisions and may reject, limit, or suspend service independently.
Acceptable use
You may not use FrameAhead to:
- Break the law, violate rights, or publish deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, or harmful material.
- Upload media or testimonials without the permissions required for public or advertising use.
- Send spam, resell inquiries, scrape personal data, use inquiry data for unrelated marketing, or build audiences from sensitive requests.
- Probe, bypass, disrupt, or misuse security controls, rate limits, access rules, or service infrastructure.
- Use proposal links to expose client identity, private locations, or calendar detail.
- Reverse engineer or copy the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
FrameAhead property
FrameAhead and its software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer FrameAhead intellectual property to you. If you send feedback, we may use it without restriction or payment to you.
Availability and disclaimers
FrameAhead may experience interruptions, errors, maintenance, data loss, or substantial feature changes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so part of this section may not apply to you.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our directors, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from FrameAhead. Our total liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the FrameAhead fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where the law prohibits them.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using FrameAhead at any time and may contact us about closing your account. We may suspend or terminate access for a Terms violation, security risk, legal requirement, nonpayment, or material harm. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export photographer-owned data. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service develops. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice before a material change takes effect when required. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them. Questions can be sent through the contact form.
